The core advantage of the rotary strainer offered by our company is the elimination of a large quantity of steel from its construction, which resulted in radical reduction of weight of the rotary strainer (reduction of weight by ca. 5.000%, from ca. 100 tones to ca. 2 tones). Much lower amount of raw materials used in the production of the rotary strainer results in a much lower price of the final product, which is dependent on individual requirements and parameters defined by the final customer and future user.
   The application of the belt of stainless-steel net “without end” in place of said box-like structure resulted in elimination of a large quantity of energy necessary for the rotary strainer to revolve (reduction from the level of ca. 30kW to ca. 1,5kW). The replacement of said box-like structure with the belt of stainless-steel net “without end” resulted in extension of the economic useful life of the rotary strainer (up to 4 times), as it has eliminated the risk of breaking off the rotary strainer as a result of over load of the said box-like structure.
   As a result of the application of the girder formed by the extreme and central elements, mounted separately to belts and driver, with “weakened” joints of these elements, in case of a sudden strain or stroke, the only element that is damaged is the “weakened” joint, not the conveyor belt as in case of traditional rotary strainers. This characteristic results in elimination of the risk of damaging the conveyor belt, which is very expensive and difficult to be replaced.
   In the construction of our rotary strainer, the belt of stainless-steel net “without end” is mounted to rubber belt and strengthened with transversal girders. This filtering system is mounted on cog-wheels, which are mounted on a shaft along with the drive system.
   Light construction of our rotary strainer increases its economic useful life by decreasing the wear rate of its most vulnerable elements.
   The innovative rotary strainer offered by our company is also characterized by a much higher water filtering capacity (40-60 thousand m3 vs. 20-40 thousand m3 in comparison with traditional constructions, depending on the scale of the construction).

Within this period of time, we guarantee uncompromised efficiency of our product, entailing no break-downs. All periodical maintenance services and/or repairs, in case of their occurrence, will be performed by our highly-trained and qualified personnel.
